What’s the difference between a roll off container and a dumpster?

dumpster – a standard dumpster usually located in an area of a business or complex for use of the general waste that is produced by those locations. Normally this refuse only consists of household and office waste. These dumpsters are handled on a regular, pre-set schedule by the local waste management service. Dumpsters are emptied into a large compactor and remain as a permanent fixture in the area they are located in.

Roll off containers – designed for construction and demolition clean up. It is important to note that some items are prohibited to be placed in these containers depending on the hauler and local regulations. Roll-off containers are long rectangular dumpsters that we offer at 15 and 20 yards.
When full, a roll off is removed from an area using a special truck designed to carry it from the fill location to the dump site.

Will the dumpster damage my driveway or front yard?
